2. Checkout Instructions

• Check‑out time: 11:00 AM
• Place used towels in the laundry baskets
• Load and start the dishwasher.
• Turn off lights and lock all doors.
• Remove all trash to outdoor bins.
• Double‑check for personal items.

 3. House Rules

A: General Conduct

• No smoking or vaping inside the home
• No Pets inside the property
• Please lock doors when leaving
• Treat the home with respect as if it were your own.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• No illegal activities of any kind
• No illegal drugs or substances permitted on the property.
• Report any damage or issues immediately.

B: Parties & Noise

• Please always keep noise at a respectable level
• Disturbances may result in immediate removal without refund.

C: Security & Safety

• Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
• Do not tamper with security cameras or equipment.
• Cameras monitor only exterior areas (front porch, gate, driveway)
• Fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.
• First aid kit is in the bathroom cabinet.

• Emergency: Dial 911 for police, fire, or medical assistance

D: Cleanliness Expectations

• Please keep the home tidy during your stay
• Wipe spills immediately to prevent stains.
• Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
• Use provided makeup towels to avoid staining bath linens.

E: Appliances & Home Features

• Washer/Dryer: Starter detergent provided.
• Kitchen: Fully stocked—pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, stove, fridge
• Feel free to use all kitchen appliances and utensils.

• Wash dishes after use or load them into the dishwasher.
• Do not leave food out to avoid attracting pests.
• Dispose of trash in outdoor bins as needed:

F: Heating & Cooling

• Thermostat should remain between 68–74°F.
• Do not adjust HVAC settings beyond allowed range.
• Keep doors and windows closed when AC/heat is running.

G: TV & Internet

• TV/Streaming: Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. (Guests log into their own accounts)
• Do not download or stream illegal content.

H: Damage & Repairs

• Report any damage immediately.
• Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay.
• Do not attempt to repair anything yourself.

I: Deliveries & Mail

• We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
• Do not use the property address for long‑term mail.

J: Outdoor Areas

• Use outdoor spaces respectfully.
• No open flames unless you use provided grill.
• Clean grill after use (if applicable)

K: Prohibited Actions

• No tampering with Wi‑Fi equipment, cameras, or locks
• No moving large furniture
• No excessive messes or misuse of property
• No hazardous materials

L: Agreement

By booking and staying at this property, you agree to follow all house rules. Violations may result in additional charges or immediate removal without refund.
